Is Ronaldinho for sale now?

According to independent.co.uk the question is raised at least for four main theories: (1) Kaka and fellow Brazilian Ronaldinho, signed last summer from Barcelona, have not gelled as twin three-quarter players behind the striker in coach Carlo Ancelotti's favoured 4-3-2-1 formation; (2) Milan want to bring back the 22-year-old Joann Gourcuff, who is on loan to Bordeaux, and plan to play him in Kaka's role; (3) Milan intend to extend David Beckham's contract through to 2010 and want to use the Englishman in a more advanced role; (4) Kaka is no longer the golden boy at Milan, the mantle having passed to Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato and the tactical approach will be about getting the ball to him as quickly as possible.

The above theories, The €100m (£91m) which Manchester City have offered for Milan's Kaka would be tempting for any club, even one whose owner, the Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, has a personal fortune of $9.4bn (£6.4bn). let's wait and see.

Beckham in between the LA Galaxy and AC Milan

In an interview by the media Beckham said “At the moment my lawyers are not talking to the Galaxy,” Beckham further stated, “But I have expressed my desire to stay at A.C. Milan now, and it’s just down to Milan and Galaxy to come to an agreement. I have enjoyed my time here. I knew I would enjoy it but I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I have and do as well as I have.”

Milan and the Galaxy are currently in negotiations and Galliani is hopeful the two parties will arrive at an agreement before Beckham is due back. The 33-year-old's form has been so crucial that coach Carlo Ancelotti has included him in Milan's UEFA Cup list despite the possibility that the midfielder may only feature in two matches, while Beckham has also made England coach Fabio Capello's squad for next week's friendly against Spain. it is also importan to note that Beckham is polite, he packs his own bags, cleans his shoes on his own, opens and closes the bottle of water and returns it, without throwing it away.

Beckham is to equal Bobby Moore's record of 108 caps

Beckham was left out of the squad for the friendly against Germany in November but now looks set to equal Bobby Moore's record of 108 caps. Capello is without several regulars, including injured midfielders Steven Gerrard and Joe Cole, while Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney is also recovering from a hamstring strain.

Capello said "He is better than he was six months ago," he, who managed Beckham at Real Madrid in 2006-07, further said that he had no interest in players' personal milestones.

Ronaldo!: 21 Years of Genius and 90 Minutes That Shook the World

Ronaldo

Ever since the final whistle of the World Cup final I have had a big unanswered question. Why did the world's best player in the world's best team play so badly in the one game, the most important game, of his life so far, giving one of the world's worst performances in front of the world's biggest ever event audience of 2 billion. Months before the world cup the papers were full of Ronaldo. How Ronaldo would score more goals than ever seen before. How this would be his world cup like Pele's 1970, Kempes' 1978, Rossi's 1982, Maradona's 1986, and Romario's 1994. TV Programmes showed endless clips of his sublime skills, his genius. Months after the tragedy that was France '98. No credible explanation has appeared until now!! Clarkson's book to answer the question of what happened on that fateful day in Paris. He gives a complete picture of what makes up the man - Ronaldo. Clarkson delves into Ronaldo's childhood, giving an account of the early flashes of brilliance, his love of the game, his disappointments, the influence of his family and even his lack of confidence with girls. Then he takes us through Ronaldo's early career in a lowly 2nd division Brazillian League team. Then the breakthrough and subsequent move to Europe followed by stardom and megabucks. Then we are told of the trials and tribulations of his life in Europe. The immense build up to the World cup and the account of what actually happened to Ronaldo's Brazil. I must confess I did not let the book go until i had read in from cover to cover. Clarkson has a lovely smooth flowingly style of writing which captures the essence of the story. After reading the book I felt i had understood one of the most intriguing mysteries of footballing history.
